Ed Roith is a living BBQ competition pioneer.

As a charter member of the KCBS, Ed along with his wife Muriel, competed all over the US winning numerous awards including 2 times recipient of the prestigious Team of the Year award with KCBS.

Ed first marketed Happy Holla BBQ Seasoning in 1989. I met Ed & Muriel in 1998 and they became great mentors to me. Ed, now after many years has entrusted us at Bad Byron’s to carry on the tradition and distribution of this great product.
